The event includes a prix fixe menu paired with wines from the Fantesca Collection, featuring the 2021 Russian River Chardonnay and King Richard's Reserve Pinot Noir, 2013 and 2019 All Great Things Cabernet Blend, and a special edition 2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. These wines, chosen by DLynn Proctor for their beautiful showing, are a testament to the exceptional terroir and craftsmanship of winemakers Heidi Barrett and Tony Arcudi.
