Her journey in the hospitality sector is marked by an impressive 17-year tenure at Disneyland, where she honed her skills in world-class customer service. This experience set the stage for her move to Napa in 2014, a decision inspired by a visit a year earlier that sparked her love for the region.

Katharine's career in Napa's vibrant wine industry includes roles at renowned wineries such as Felix Solis, Artesa, and Rodney Strong. In her current role at Fantesca, Katharine is the organized and friendly voice that our guests and members often interact with. Whether it's handling inquiries about shipments, membership, or visitation, she ensures every interaction is smooth and satisfying.

Away from the world of wine, Katharine spends her time quilling, sewing, and exploring Napa Valley's best restaurants with her husband, John. As a Disney and Star Wars enthusiast, you'll be hard pressed to find her without a creative trinket in the office.
