From climbing the corporate ladder at Best Buy to cultivating vines in Napa Valley, Susan Hoff's journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Alongside her college sweetheart and husband Duane, she founded Fantesca Estate & Winery in 2004, turning a shared dream into a thriving family business.

Starting as an accounts payable clerk during Best Buy's humble beginnings, Susan rose through the ranks to become a communications strategist for the Fortune 100 powerhouse. Her 30-year career is marked by leadership, innovation, and a passion for connecting with others.

But Susan's reach extends far beyond the boardroom. Her dedication to community involvement gave birth to the Best Buy Children’s Foundation and the Charity Classic, raising millions for children's programs. Now, she serves on various boards, channeling her philanthropic energy into local non-profits and entrepreneurial ventures in the Bay area.

Never one to rest on her laurels, Susan sought to explore the world of wine more deeply, earning her MBA in International Wine Business in France. Fitness, too, caught her attention, leading her to achieve a personal trainer certification and even a Fitness Pro Card at the WBFF International Worlds Competition.

Today, Susan balances her time between the gym, the winery, and conference calls, embodying a blend of entrepreneur, philanthropist, and fitness enthusiast. With a life as vibrant and varied as a fine vintage, Susan continues to inspire all who cross her path.
